French Maid Hollandaise Sauce 1ltr

Hollandaise sauce is very versatile, use to elevate any meal to restaurant quality. Some favourites are on eggs benedict for breakfast, on steak with avocado and prawns, on salmon with a touch of basil pesto in it for punch! mix it with a favourite chutney and place on nibble platter as a quick dip.
